1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atlas website, applications, and services (the "Service"), provided by Commonwealth Creative. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.

2. The Service

Atlas provides a knowledge layer and AI agents that connect to the tools you authorize, help you find information, and automate workflows. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during your subscription term without notice.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for your account, for the activity of your authorized users, and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Customer Data and License

You retain all rights to the data you connect or upload ("Customer Data"). You grant Atlas a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. We do not use Customer Data to train models made available to other customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• •Violating any law or the rights of others
• •Uploading content you don't have the right to use
• •Attempting to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Service
• •Reverse engineering or reselling the Service without permission
• •Using the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content

6. Plans, Billing, and Trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party tools at your direction. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, and Atlas is not responsible for third-party services. Disabling an integration stops further processing of that source.

8. Intellectual Property

Atlas and its licensors own the Service, including all software, models, and trademarks, excluding Customer Data. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may access confidential information of the other. Both parties agree to protect it with reasonable care and to use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid term. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. Upon termination, you can export Customer Data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@atlasknows.io.
